Renovate Complex

Carthage Water & Electric Plant is soliciting services of a construction manager/constructor to renovate the Centennial Complex. The CM will be required to bid, schedule, and oversee the repairs/remodeling to various interior rooms including interior finishes, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing upgrades and the demolition.!! This work will be done under the direction and assistance of Architect, Steven Lacey.!
